ORDERING AND SHIPPING
1. What’s in the box?
Every box will feature a collection of 3-5 items suited to elderhood + your photo(s) and personal note. Every box includes a least one hand-crafted Canadian-made item.
2. What month will my gift start?
Order by the 1st of the month to purchase the current month's box.
3. When will my box be shipped?
Generally, boxes will be shipped each month between the 10th and the 15th, to arrive to your loved one in the second half of the month. However, some months we will ship earlier than the 10th to arrive in time for a specific holiday, e.g. Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
4. Can I choose to send my loved one’s package earlier in the month?
No, at this time, you cannot. All gift boxes ship at the same time each month.
5. What do I do if my loved one did not receive their package on time?
Please email email@example.com to report a missing package. We will let you know if the package is delayed, or if the package is missing we will gladly send another in its place.
6. How much is shipping?
Shipping cost is based on delivery location and will be added to your order upon checkout.
7. Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. For orders shipping to other countries please inquire by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
9. What are the dimensions of the gift boxes?
Gift boxes measure 9” by 7.75” by 4“.
10. When is payment due?
Payment for your first box is processed at check out. Thereafter, payment is charged on the first of each month.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
12. Are payments secured?
Like most trustworthy websites, we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your personal information when it's being sent over the Internet. SSL is the standard for payments over the Internet and is supported by Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Safari and other popular browsers. We use this technology to encrypt sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. SSL technology prevents your information from being accessed when you are submitting it.
MESSAGES AND PHOTOS
1. Are there any restrictions on the photo or the length of message?
You may submit a message that is 250 words or less to accommodate formatting and legibility. For photos, we suggest a horizontal photo with a resolution above 500 x 500 pixels for a high-quality print result.
2. How do I provide my photos and message?
Please email your photos and messages to email@example.com.
3. Will I be reminded to submit my photos and messages each month?
Yes, we will send a monthly reminder every month to the email address you have provided to us.

You can cancel your subscription anytime by updating your account. If you are having any difficulties please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for shipped boxes.

2. I'm not able to login.
If you're experiencing problems trying to log in to your account, please check which error message you are receiving. The most common error is typing in a wrong email address or password. You can always choose to create a new password if you wish.
